About Antony
Antony has 25 years’ experience working within the catering industry, with 20 of those years spent working in independent restaurants, branded country bistros and pubs as a Head Chef! Living the fast-paced lifestyle refined Antony’s organisational and leadership skills and he’s been responsible for manage some of the most popular restaurants in Worcestershire.
He moved into contract catering in 2019 as an Area Support Manager and it was here that he realised he had a passion for building relationships across multiple sites, working with a wide range of people across the UK, serving first class hospitality events at the workplace.
Antony feels incredibly honoured to now be part of the Relish team, and working within the education sector is an exciting step in his career.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Antony enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and his dog, Ralph, who he has a love/hate relationship with. His perfect Sunday would be a walk in the countryside followed by an afternoon cooking a roast dinner for the family.
When he gets chance, he enjoys watching football and is a big Manchester United supporter!
A fun fact about Antony, when he isn’t in the kitchen, he’s a talented musician, and has DJ’d around the UK and America, which led him to producing and releasing his very own album!
