About Clare
With a background of senior management in educational contract catering, Clare founded the company in December 2008 and claims she has never looked back! Clare has a very hands-on approach to the role of MD and remains close to the operations and clients – her management style ensures maintaining great relationships remains key to the company’s success.

Personal Interests
Clare grew up on a dairy farm and now owns a small-holding of her own with sheep, ducks, chickens, quails, dogs and cats. Home is her happy place and she enjoys being outdoors amongst the animals and doing all the jobs on the farm, however muddy they might be! Food plays an important part at home too – with an allotment, fruit orchard and polytunnel, she loves to be as self-sufficient as possible and cooking whatever she harvests for friends and family. Clare is also a keen walker, swimmer and horse-rider.
