About James
James recently joined the IT team as a Data Technician Apprentice in May 2025.
After studying Computer Science at university, James worked at a retail store, which led onto a career of becoming a Baker. This opportunity presented a fast-paced working area to meet customer needs, and plenty of training to learn the equipment and processes. Although he enjoyed his time baking, he felt it was time to return to what he had learned at university, and implement his skills, and new ones learnt, into his work.
Personal Interests
When at home, James often has his hands full looking after his cat, Noelle, whether this is keeping up with her (very) active play time or vacuuming up her hair (It’s everywhere!). He is an avid gamer who keeps up to date with the latest technology to hit the market, and also has a keen interest in baking sweet treats, as well as working out at the gym (got to burn off those calories somehow!).
In his time away you will find him often going to a comic con with his partner, seeing what technology is currently being showcased, and being part of the pop culture at these events, this coincides with his keen interest in exploring new places, both in the UK and abroad.
