About Laura
After training to become a chef, Laura found herself in a big organisation running a small catering team and realised it was time for a change. From there, Laura found a pathway into education catering becoming a Chef Manager, running a larger team in a secondary school. This is where Laura expanded her experience in the industry, of which she's been a part of for over 10 years.
This then lead her into a more supportive role on a bigger scale! Laura joined relish in November 2023 as an Area Support Manager covering the Leicestershire region. She enjoys meeting and supporting new and existing team members along with helping to mobilise new sites.
Personal Interests
In her spare time Laura enjoys baking, and everyone in the office would agree she makes the best brownies ever! She also enjoys walking her dogs in the countryside and socialising with her family and friends with a glass of wine or 2!
She also enjoys going on holidays, and recently enjoyed a relaxing cruise around Greece with her husband and two sons!
Fun fact - Laura will tell you she doesn’t like shots, but will be the first back from the bar with them!
