About Lee
Lee’s background is in contract catering where he gained experience in the sectors of MOD, Nursing Homes, Business & Industry and Education. At 17, Lee was the youngest Chef Manager in his region and won the accolade of Junior Chef of the Year which gave him the rare opportunity to have dinner with Gary Rhodes.
Lee is one of the original members of the Relish operations team joining in 2011 and proudly claiming the third position on the payroll! In recent times, he is equally proud of his promotion to Head of Operations. Lee’s new role requires him to work very closely with the operations team and Relish clients. He uses his in-depth understanding of existing client requirements and objectives to ensure all members of the operations team drive forward to achieve these joint goals whilst continuing to embody the Relish ethos in their work.
Lee is still very hands on and always welcomes the chance to help his colleagues to ensure all-round success for all stakeholders.
Personal Interests
Lee is heavily invested in football, if he is not watching football, he is coaching his sons local Sunday league team and also, at Elite Academy. Away from football Lee loves to spend time with his wife & two boys and Bentley the dog. When it is time to relax, getting away on holiday or walking in the countryside with the dog does the job.
