Lee joined us in November 2025 as an Operations Manage and he works closely with the LEAD Academy Trust, bringing his expertise into the role. With a lifelong career in hospitality and catering, Lee brings a wealth of experience spanning hands on culinary work, education, and departmental leadership. From working as a chef to teaching and progressing into a Head of Department role within education catering, his journey has been driven by a passion for food, people, and development.

Lee finds genuine fulfilment in supporting children and young adults to thrive in educational settings. Being part of their growth, both personally and academically in any form that takes is one of the most rewarding aspects of his work both in his current and past roles. Lee is particularly committed to creating environments where learners come first, ensuring that both wellbeing and achievement are always at the centre of decision making and planning.

Lee is highly experienced in supporting and managing teams, working collaboratively with leadership groups to achieve both financial objectives and learner focused outcomes. He takes pride in building strong, motivated teams and contributing strategically to organisational success while maintaining a clear focus on delivering the best possible experience for learners. His role within Relish has allowed him to be part of something big, working with the LEAD schools whose drive and ambition mirrors that of Relish.
