About Stuart
Stu joined the team in September 2022 as Operations Manager, predominantly in the Bedfordshire area.
Stu has extensive hospitality experience, which began when he grew up in his parents’ country pub. He is a qualified and experienced chef and went on to take over and successfully run the family business for many years. Now that Stu has his own young family, he wanted to move away from hospitality and towards contract catering.
His role includes building relationships with kitchen managers and teams and working closely with schools to ensure high standards are achieved and maintained.
Personal Interests
Stu is a country boy at heart and loves to be outdoors; from camping to family nature walks to running up and down mountains on regular challenges! When at home, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and has a real passion for cooking.
