Zoe first discovered her love for food at school during Food Technology Lessons.

She then went on to study a Chef and Restaurant Diploma at the University of West London where a huge focus of the course was Nutrition. Zoe has been in Educational Catering for the last 9 years, with experience ranging from Day Nurseries, Primary Schools and Secondary schools. She has a wide range of experience on designing and creating menus and recipes and really enjoys making food look fun, colourful and exciting for students whilst encouraging them to try new dishes that they may have never tried before.
