OUR FOOD

All of our meals are cooked from scratch using fresh ingredients, and bread is baked fresh, daily!

From day one, we have a strong focus to ensure the catering team are all trained and upskilled in the preparation of our meals and the use of our fresh ingredients.

Our recipes are categorised to ensure they comply with The School Food Standards, as well as Food for Life and other lifestyle choices where needed.

Our broad range of available recipes, all held within our Relish-OPS software, means there's always a delicious, nutritious choice for everyone!



OUR INGREDIENTS

We prioritise using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients through our trusted suppliers, which are all set up within our Relish-OPS software.

We use seasonal produce in our menus, with the menus being created by our experienced operators and our clients, ensuring the relevant seasonal ingredients are included within each bespoke menu cycle.

We also support the Marine Stewardship, using only sustainable fishing methods, to protect our seas and oceans. All our suppliers are farm assured, providing us with only free range eggs, Red Tractor meats and fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables.
