About Adele

From the age of 10, Adele has been passionate about all things food! At just 15 years old, Adele took on her first catering role on her journey to her dream job - becoming a chef. During the mid 90s, Adele studied to gain her NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3 in Hospitality, Food & Culinary Arts at Twickenham College & Brookland College. She then went on to achieve her Degree and Masters in Hospitality Management. Adele has worked in a variety of hospitality industries, from hotels and cruise ships to corporate offices. In 2009, Adele even ran her own successful outdoor catering and restaurant business.

In 2020, Adele joined the Relish team in one of our school kitchens and in 2023 she was promoted into an Area Support Manager role, and has since further progressed onto a Junior Operations Manager, where she's able to share her knowledge and experience with our London based schools, and introduce modern twists and ideas for our teams to try out!


Personal Interests

In her spare time, Adele enjoys spending quality time with her family, travelling around the world, exploring new food trends and sharing her passion for food and cooking with her 9 year old daughter. Her hobbies include; getting involved in Europe's biggest carnival: Notting Hill Carnival, trying out trendy restaurants around the country and preparing Caribbean BBQ's for friends and family.

Some of Adele’s proudest achievements include: Winning Silver Best in Class Hotel Olympia 90's & Applying for Junior Master Chef back in the 90's.
