About Curtis
After studying Computer Science at college, Curtis trained and worked as a chef in his local area, which gave him the opportunity to turn his favourite hobby into a career. Here, he learned new cooking skills and techniques in a busy, fast paced kitchen environment. Although he enjoyed working in the cooking industry, his long-term goal was to eventually cycle back to the IT Industry, to grow and develop the skills he learned at college.
In October 2022, Curtis was given the opportunity to join the IT team as a Data Technician Apprentice. At Relish, Curtis is able to combine his keen interests in technology and data with his passion for food and flavour!
Since joining Relish, Curtis has continued to explore his interests in coding and web development, and has become a key character in the expansion of the Relish systems.
Personal Interests
Curtis enjoys taking his 3 dogs, Milo, Ruby and Dobby, on big walks and playing with them in the garden. In his free time, Curtis enjoys exploring new cities, going shopping and trying out new restaurants. In the evenings you will usually find Curtis in the kitchen, experimenting with new cooking techniques and flavours, serving up exciting meals for himself and his family and friends.
As well as keeping up with the ever-changing trends and advances in technology, Curtis is also a keen gamer, and likes to spend his time playing a variety of PC games with his girlfriend.
