Joe began his career in the catering industry during his school years to support my passion for music. This journey has since evolved into a diverse career, spanning roles in pubs, restaurants, and various other professional settings. He finds the balance between the culinary arts and music incredibly rewarding, as both allow for a high degree of creative expression.

Throughout his career, Joe has had the privilege of working with notable figures, including training under Raymond Blanc and providing catering services for Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. In his culinary work, he is deeply committed to the visual presentation of food. He believes that the aesthetic of a dish is just as important as its flavour, and he takes great pride in creating fresh, vibrant, and visually engaging meals.
