I began my career in the catering industry during my school years to support my passion for music. This journey has since evolved into a diverse career, spanning roles in pubs, restaurants, and various other professional settings. I find the balance between the culinary arts and music incredibly rewarding, as both allow for a high degree of creative expression.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with notable figures, including training under Raymond Blanc and providing catering services for Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. In my culinary work, I am deeply committed to the visual presentation of food. I believe that the aesthetic of a dish is just as important as its flavour, and I take great pride in creating fresh, vibrant, and visually engaging meals. I've been with Relish now for a few months now as really enjoy the work ethic and family feel to all of my working environments.
