About Liam
Liam is one of our Junior Operations Manager at Relish, covering the Luton area.
As chef by trade, Liam is all about the food! He loves getting into the kitchens and really helping the teams push their food and presentation to new levels, all the while having a great time! He states joining Relish was a no brainer for him... Fresh food...excellent support structure... and a good work life balance.
Liam is a sucker for Cheesecake, so the Relish Blackcurrant Cheesecake recipe is his favourite.
Personal Interests
Most of Liam's down time activity revolves around live music, festivals and finding awesome places to eat. This is offset by having to go to the gym regularly, so he is fit enough to jump around like a loon at gigs! He also love riding motorcycles, specifically his Harley Davidson.
A fun fact about Liam is that he trained and fought professionally In Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) for 20 years!
