About Millie
Millie is our Business Administration Apprentice at Relish! She started her journey with Relish in July 2024 and boasts about how much she enjoys it. Her day at the office is mixed with a whole variety of tasks and Millie gets stuck in helping all the different departments. Millie has gained tonnes of experience getting all the new kitchen teams ready for the new school year including; processing DBS Checks, adding employees to the Relish system, answering phone and email queries, and organising the welcoming boxes for all the new schools.
Relish appealed to Millie as a company because she thinks it is so important that children get good nutritious food and especially while at school and she loves that Relish goes by no ‘one size fits all'. She loves having an apprenticeships as she can learn and work all at the same time.
Her favourite food is pasta, either tomato or cheesy, so her favourite Relish recipe has to be Mac n Cheese.
Personal Interests
One of Millie's favourite things in the world is the beach, she says if she could live near the beach one day she would. She has two beautiful doggies, Bear and Koko and she loves watching them run free on the field she goes to. Her and her boyfriend love to go fishing too, they both like to just sit by a lake or pond and just chill with nature - she says it’s a bonus when they actually catch a fish!
A fun fact about Millie is that she practiced dancing for many years and thought she would be a professional dancer in her future career.
