About Edd
Edd has recently joined Relish, taking on the role of Area Support Manager for DCAT in the South East.
After having worked as a Chef in the Army for nearly 24 years, he left to start and run a successful custom car builders business, he then ventured into hospitality, where he ran a successful pub based in Kent!
The Relish approach of fresh food, cooked well, is very close to his heart and he's excited to promote this to the youngest generation, whilst passing on some of his knowledge and crazy foodie ideas of mixing classic dishes with a modern twist along the way!
Having served as the Regimental Catering Warrant Officer for Both Gurkha Rifles whilst in the Army, he is a sucker for a Curry and the Chicken Balti is currently one of his favorite recipes by Relish!
Personal Interests
When Edd isn't busy filling in on the stoves at the pub covering Chef holidays, he is usually traveling around England and Europe in his hand built Morgan Super 3 or jet setting around the world with his amazingly patient wife of 30 years, or helping to promote the Morgan brand in his role as Ambassador.
Not many people know, that actually Edd's name Nathan, but because when growing up he looked like "Eddie the Eagle Edwards", he gained the nickname Edd!
His most recent fun fact is that on 21 June 2023, with a very good friend of his, they embarked on a long weekend to Monte Carlo, to raise money for a veterans charity and ended up breaking the world record for the fastest time across Europe in 24 hours, when they drove back from Monte Carlo to Goodwood Motor circuit in 17 hours and 26 mins in his Morgan Super 3 and raising over £5000 for charity !!
