About Nick
During his career, Nick worked his way up the ranks from Chef Manager to Senior Operations Manager before joining Relish in October 2017 and then taking on the Head of Procurement position in April 2019.
Nick has worked in the education and Business and Industry sectors at a senior level for many years and has an in-depth grasp of budgetary controls and financial management. His expertise in purchasing giving Nick a true prospective on costs and control.

Personal Interests
Nick spends his spare time outdoors. Now, in his third (and final!) retirement from playing rugby, he coaches to senior level at his local club, which is as time-committing as being a player. When not at rugby, he spends time walking in the Peak District and running to keep fit. He also supports his professional team, Sale Sharks, where he has been a season ticket holder for a number of years.
Now, being a new dog owner, he manages to combine all his interests with Jess the Cockerpoo - running and walking ... as well as taking her to the Rugby Club.
