About Nicola

Working from a young age in financial accounting, Nicola moved to London to further her career and rapidly grew up the ladder at the BBC. She subsequently worked at various start-ups and SME’s helping with the strategic growth and development. Her background is predominately Financial Management/Accounting, Audit and Sarbanes Oxley Audit which she quickly had to learn when she worked for a firm that gained investment from the USA.

Nicola has now transferred all her experiences into turning the financial wheels of Relish! She enjoys being in the core of the business whilst maintaining and developing all aspects of the finance section. She has a keen interest in training the next generation of assistant accountants/business administrators, and is currently training the apprentice within the company which she is thoroughly enjoying.

She also has a great passion for food and nutrition which certainly helps in our business.

Personal Interests

Nicola has a husband, three children, three dogs and a pony. Her daughter is an up-and-coming para dressage rider so any spare time is spent driving her to coaching lessons and competitions – with the hope of one day representing Great Britain. She has a love for animals, the outdoors and walking. Her passion for food extends into the weekends where she is known to invite the whole street for dinner! (Husbands words!) She loves to help her extended family and friends in any way possible so never has a spare minute but her life is always fulfilled with love.
