About Stefan
With a background of working in catering from the age of 15, Stefan has worked his way up from an Apprentice Chef all the way to Director of Operations at Relish whom he joined only a few months after the company was incorporated. Through this journey Stefan has been involved in company growth plans, all types of business decisions, team recruitment and building, operational developments, financial planning and control, business and asset acquisitions and along the way, he has acquired the skills and knowledge justify his position.
The main focuses and drivers for Stefan in the business are quality and control, the two go hand in hand for the Operations team….
- Food on the plate – fresh, seasonal, wholesome and more importantly, appetising
- Customer experience – enhancing the pupils experience ensuring every pupil can access a healthy and nutritious meal
- Client relations – forging strong client relationships through the quality of the food and service
Personal Interests
Stefan’s passion for food extends into the weekend, whether that is eating out and about with family and friends or cooking up a feast at home. Outside of catering Stefan is a family man with 2 now-not-so-young children. His weekends are absorbed being the typical dad taxi, running his daughter to various dance classes and, as a football coach for his sons various football teams.
