The transition task that lies ahead is driven by Relish. Our team manages or supports the process every step of the way ~ from initial staff TUPE meetings to training and support at the launch of the new service and then beyond in a management capacity that continues to develop the service.

In the initial preparation stages, we write and plot a mobilisation plan that keeps you informed about when and what tasks we are completing in the background whilst we are not on site.

To complete the mobilisation process, we visit regularly in the run up to the new launch which helps us familiarise ourselves with the school, it's pupils and staff. We encourage our new clients to consider us as an extension of the school's own support staff and to use our support as much and wherever possible moving forward.
